All members and staff within the Enchanted Trails network must treat each other with courtesy and professionalism. Harassment, discrimination, or toxic behavior of any kind will not be tolerated. This includes behavior within Discord servers, in-game, and on associated platforms.2. Unified Standards:
Every server within the network must follow a consistent set of guidelines, including moderation practices, role structures, and naming conventions. This ensures a seamless and recognizable experience across all servers.3. Clear Communication Channels:
Important announcements, policy changes, or network-wide decisions must be clearly communicated across all affiliated servers. Server owners are responsible for relaying information accurately and promptly.🔒 Security and Privacy4. Data Protection and Privacy:
The privacy of all members must be respected. Sharing personal information (doxxing), screenshots of private conversations, or confidential server data is strictly prohibited. Breaching this rule may result in immediate removal from the network.5. Server Security and Access Control:
Only authorized personnel may access sensitive server settings, including administrative tools, backups, or confidential files. Any unauthorized access or tampering will be treated as a security breach.⚙️ Operational Rules6. Brand Consistency and Identity:
All servers under the Enchanted Trails network must adhere to a shared visual identity. This includes consistent logos, color schemes, and naming formats to establish a unified brand. Server banners, icons, and role colors should align with the network’s aesthetic.7. Activity and Engagement Requirements:
Each server must maintain a minimum level of activity by hosting or participating in at least two events per month. These events can include roleplay scenarios, contests, tournaments, or community gatherings. Consistent inactivity may result in removal from the network.8. Staff Conduct and Accountability:
Staff members across the network are expected to follow shared guidelines. This includes regular activity checks, professional behavior, and participation in staff meetings. Staff found abusing their power or neglecting their duties will face disciplinary action.

Servers under Enchanted Trails cannot form external partnerships or alliances without direct approval from network management. This prevents conflicts of interest and maintains network integrity.10. Conflict Resolution and Arbitration:
Disputes between servers, staff, or members must be handled by a designated Enchanted Trails arbitration team. This team will mediate and resolve issues fairly. All parties are expected to comply with the team’s decisions.
